01 Introduction & Agreement

4447 (operated through the website https://4447.site) is a Bangladesh-based online betting and casino platform. The terms and conditions on this page apply to all members and users of 4447.

By creating or using an account on 4447, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions for 4447 have been prepared in Bangla with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on 4447, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false details may result in the account being closed at any time and any funds held being forfeited.

Information required at the time of registration:

• Active mobile number (Bangladeshi number)
• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)

Each member may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

As part of its KYC process, 4447 may request a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until this verification is completed.

03 Age & Eligibility

Members must be 18 years of age or older to participate on 4447. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Protecting minors from participation is one of 4447's highest priorities.

4447 may request age verification at any time. In such cases, you will need to submit one of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National ID Card (NID)
• Passport (must be valid and not expired)
• Birth registration certificate (if it confirms the applicant is 18+)

Additionally, to participate on 4447, members must be legal residents of Bangladesh and must use the platform of their own informed free will. Individuals associated with any form of professional gambling or betting syndicates are not eligible to become 4447 members.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit at 4447 is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited instantly — no banking business days required.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal accounts must be registered in the member's own name — funds cannot be sent to third-party numbers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — for example, 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• Every bonus has an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted on the offer page.

4447 reserves the right to void bonuses and review accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Examples of bonus abuse include attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

4447 has a set of general betting rules that apply to all bet types:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake is generally refunded.
• In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, 4447 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and bet category. As a general guide, Sports Betting starts from ৳50 and casino games from ৳10.

At 4447, placing an unusually high volume of bets on the same outcome in the same match across multiple accounts may be flagged as suspicious activity.

Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, 4447 will investigate the relevant bets and accounts.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4447 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating Multiple Accounts or Using Someone Else's Account
• Registering with false information or under someone else's identity
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information
• Making Payments Through a Third-Party Account
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack against the platform
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Using an account for money laundering purposes

08 Account Closure & Suspension

4447 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the Event of a Terms & Conditions Violation
• If evidence of fraudulent registration information is found
• In the event of age verification failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion)

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method.

For inactive accounts, 4447 sends a notification after 12 months of inactivity. If there is no response within 30 days of that notification, the account may be declared inactive. However, any funds in the account are never forfeited — members can reclaim them by getting in touch.

09 Responsible Gaming

4447 believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress. We ask every member to play responsibly.

Responsible Gaming Features Available on 4447:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake amount per single bet.
• Session Limit: Set a time limit for how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: Permanently close your account at any time if needed.

Family members can use 4447's parental control feature to prevent underage individuals from accessing the account.

10 Changes & Updates

4447 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the following:

• In-Platform Notification Upon Login
• Notification to the Registered Email (if an email address has been provided)
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect. Minor updates may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
